Overview

Mastering Requirements Management with Use Cases provides three days of training in requirements management and use-case modelling techniques. The course focuses on the application of a systematic requirements technique to define a clear statement of product requirements that meets stakeholder needs. The course describes the use of use-case modelling techniques to elicit, describe and manage requirements in an iterative development lifecycle. The course also covers the creation of a requirements hierarchy using requirements traceability and attributes to manage scope and control change during product development, and how requirements are used to drive ongoing design, test and documentation. In-class exercises will give students practical experience in developing use cases.
